Project panel model should be corresponding with uploading panel model when complication.

COM port specified of the software doesn't match the actual COM port. Make sure the communication wire and project software communication wire is matched. Or you need to check the JOIN NO. And the RF ID of touch panel must as same as that of program.

Now , let's talk about the problems
Like the condition above. First we have to know that they are different types of touch panels.

As you know, the wired touch panel is different from the wireless touch panel when programming(different software and different ways). Without reprogramming it would cause mulfunction. Redo the program may solve the problem.
Then please make sure that the touch panels are charged fully.
If nothing better happens, you can let them change all the settings to the default setting and restart the touch panel. Make sure that before using the touch panel, we have to adjust the channel setting to the same with the related wireless receiver ID number.
